MivaTek acquired Oplink Connected in May 2015. MivaTek will continue supporting all Oplink Connected products. All newly released MivaTek products including product lines of MivaLife and MivaCare will work with your existing system(s) without a hitch.

We greatly value our old customers and thanks for your support. To show our appreciation of your VIP status, none of your current benefit including the free service will be affected during the transition. For your convenience, we also provide a list below to describe your current plan, and potential charge if you would like to expand your system.

  • For customers who have US Basic Service, there will be no monthly service fee for your existing system. If you buy and add MivaLife add-on devices to your system, there may be a month-by-month service charge for additional service selected (if any). If you buy new MivaLife package, your payment plan will be treated the same as new MivaLife’s customer.
  • For customers who have US Premium Service, there will be a $19.98 monthly service fee for your existing system, charged month by month. If you buy and add MivaLife add-on devices to your system, there may be a extra month-by-month service charge for additional service selected (if any). If you buy new MivaLife package, your payment plan will be treated the same as new MivaLife’s customer.
  • For international customers outside US, please contact your local distributor for detailed information regarding the charge for future service.
